Cancellation & Return

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged/defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof.


3. Return Process

  • Email support with order ID + images
  • Our team will review within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, return instructions will be shared

4. Refunds

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Refunded to original payment method

5. Exchanges

  • Available only for damaged or defective products
  • Subject to stock availability

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Bulk/wholesale orders
  • Used or damaged items due to misuse
